VP Sales
Location: Centerville, UT
We’re seeking a strategic and results-driven Vice President of Sales to lead our sales organization through its next phase of growth. As the VP of sales will set the vision, strategy and structure of the sales team, drive revenue growth, and ensure seamless alignment with marketing, customer success, and product teams.
This is a high-impact leadership role that demands a proven track record in building and scaling successful sales teams.

Responsibilities: Required experience in all categories in order to be considered for this position.
Strategic Leadership:
· Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with company objectives to drive long-term revenue growth and market expansion.
· Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
· Forecast sales performance and present regular reports to executive leadership and stakeholders, providing insight-driven recommendations and updates.
Revenue Growth & Pipeline Management:
· Drive new customer acquisition while expanding business within existing accounts.
· Oversee CRM and sales tools to ensure pipeline visibility and data-driven decision-making.
· Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead generation and conversion strategies that support revenue goals.
Team Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing sales team that thrives on accountability, collaboration, and excellence.
Sales Infrastructure: Create and implement a scalable sales playbook that standardizes processes and supports consistent, repeatable success.
Operational Excellence: Write and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows and improve sales efficiency.
KPI & Performance Management: Identify, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-informed decisions and optimize team performance.
Data-Driven Decision-Making: Leverage sales data, trends, and customer insights to shape strategy, improve forecasting, and enhance performance.
Innovation & Growth: Bring a forward-thinking mindset to introduce new technologies, sales tactics, and go-to-market strategies that keep us ahead of the curve.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and customer success to align efforts, improve the customer journey, and maximize results.
Qualifications:
7+ years in a senior sales leadership role, preferably in roofing, construction, or a related home services industry.
Proven success in developing and scaling sales strategies and teams.
Expertise in creating SOPs and building a sales playbook from the ground up.
Demonstrated ability to identify, track, and act on sales performance metrics and KPIs.
Deep understanding of modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger).
Strong analytical and forecasting skills, with a data-driven approach to sales strategy.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments.

Preferred Experience:
Familiarity with CRM and sales enablement platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Background in managing regional or multi-location sales operations.
