Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
- Be the driving force behind our marketing vision! Develop and implement bold, innovative marketing, product marketing, and communication strategies that align with our growth goals.
- Lead with creativity and inspiration, encouraging cross-functional teams to push boundaries and elevate our brand’s market presence.
- Build and mentor a high-performing, forward-thinking marketing team. Inspire your team with a clear vision, set ambitious goals, and provide the support needed to achieve greatness.
- Foster a culture of collaboration and celebrate every win! Strengthen relationships with cross-functional partners to ensure alignment and business success.
- Champion continuous improvement by identifying opportunities for growth and innovation across projects and processes.
Product Marketing:
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept to market domination! Strategically oversee product launches, SKUs, and go-to-market plans to maximize market share and revenue growth.
- Collaborate closely with R&D and Regulatory teams to ensure our products are perfectly aligned with market needs and trends.
- Innovate product positioning, pricing, and packaging to maximize profitability and enhance brand loyalty.
- Stay ahead of the curve by continuously researching and analyzing market trends to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Creative and Media:
- Lead a powerhouse creative team to develop compelling content, captivating campaigns, and engaging videos that tell our brand story.
- Ensure our brand’s voice and visual identity are consistent, compelling, and unforgettable across all marketing channels.
- Drive alignment through impactful messaging that resonates with both internal teams and our global consultant network.
Social Media Strategy:
- Be the architect of our social media strategy! Build and implement strategies that amplify brand awareness, drive engagement, and foster community growth.
- Monitor social trends and use data-driven insights to adapt and optimize our social media performance.
Customer Communications:
- Design and oversee customer communication strategies that build loyalty, enhance customer experiences, and create lifelong brand advocates.
- Innovate customer feedback mechanisms, loyalty programs, and personalized communication to boost satisfaction and retention.
Corporate Communications:
- Lead our corporate communications efforts to build a powerful and cohesive brand narrative that resonates with our audiences.
- Collaborate with PR partners to maximize positive media coverage and strengthen our company’s reputation.
Marketing Traffic/Project Management:
- Be the conductor of our marketing orchestra! Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of all marketing projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality.
Performance Tracking and Reporting:
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of our marketing initiatives.
- Provide insights and analysis to the executive team to drive strategic decision-making and maximize ROI.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
- 12+ years of experience in marketing, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven expertise in product marketing, creative development, media planning, social media strategy, customer communications, and project management.
- A charismatic leader with a passion for inspiring teams and driving results.
- Exceptional strategic thinking, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels.
- Mastery of marketing software, analytics tools, and project management systems.
