Process Team Leader – Scenic Southern Utah
The process team leader position is responsible for supervising plant employees in a mining processing and production environment. This position plans and assigns work and recommends improvements in production methods, equipment, operating procedures and working conditions.

- Ensure effective employee relations.
- Provide process employee coaching and development.
- Resolve process employee issues through problem resolution, with the assistance of the process manager and HR manager as required.
- Balance Safety, Productivity, Quality, Cost and morale to achieve positive results in all areas.
- Work to continuously improve in all areas.
- Manage crew performance measures, including visual controls and provides regular progress reports to process manager.
- Operate all process plant functions with crew members in coordinating duties and tasks.
- Maintain proper inventory levels.
- Manage crew priorities.
- Track absenteeism and timekeeping.

Supervisory Responsibility: This position supervises all process operators in their day-to-day tasks.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work – This is a full-time position, and hours of work and days may vary but are typically 7 on, 7 off, Thursday through Wednesday from 7:00 AM to 7 PM or 7 PM to 7:00 AM. Overtime may be required as needed.
Required Education and Experience: High school diploma or GED.
Preferred Education and Experience – Previous production or process plant teal leader experience
