Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition and Onboarding: Lead end-to-end recruitment processes, attracting top talent that aligns with our organization’s values and goals. Leverage your expertise to source, assess, and select candidates, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience that sets the stage for success.
Employee Engagement and Retention: Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention. Foster a culture of open communication, recognition, and personal growth, cultivating a workplace where employees feel valued, connected, and inspired.
Performance Management: Oversee performance management processes, working closely with managers to set clear expectations, provide feedback, and facilitate professional growth. Drive a performance-driven culture that promotes excellence and individual development.
HR Policy and Compliance: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that adhere to legal requirements and industry best practices. Ensure compliance with employment laws, regulations, and internal policies, fostering a fair and inclusive work environment.
Employee Relations: Serve as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and support on various HR matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans. Cultivate positive employee relations and foster a harmonious work environment.
Training and Development: Identify training needs and design comprehensive programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge. Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops, and other learning opportunities, empowering employees to reach their full potential.
HR Data and Reporting: Utilize HR systems to collect, analyze, and report HR metrics and data. Provide insightful analysis and reports to inform strategic decision-making and drive continuous improvement in HR initiatives.
