General Manager

Location: Dallas, TX

As General Manager, you will lead and grow the Enterprise Business Unit, overseeing all aspects of sales, marketing, product development, and business operations. This is a highly visible leadership role tasked with scaling revenue, deepening market penetration, and strengthening cross-functional execution to deliver aggressive growth targets

 

Key Responsibilities:

·       Develop and execute a comprehensive strategy to scale the Enterprise BU to double-digit CAGR growth

·       Align and integrate go-to-market, sales, product, and marketing teams into a cohesive operating unit

·       Define and deliver a dynamic product and technology roadmap responsive to evolving customer needs and market trends

·       Establish a robust, high-quality opportunity pipeline with measurable conversion and win rates

·       Implement a scalable sales and customer success framework tailored for enterprise engagement

·       Relocate and optimize Enterprise marketing operations in Dallas to support aggressive regional and national expansion

·       Cultivate key customer and partner relationships, including executive-level engagement with strategic accounts

·       Monitor KPIs across revenue, margin, customer retention, and operational efficiency to ensure performance targets are met

·       Serve as a thought leader and cultural anchor, promoting innovation, accountability, and operational excellence

 

Qualifications & Experience:
• 10+ years of experience in enterprise-level leadership within telecommunications, wireless infrastructure, RF technologies, or related sectors
• Proven track record in scaling business units, driving profitable growth, and managing complex cross-functional teams
• Experience in crafting and executing go-to-market strategies, product innovation, and customer success models
• Expertise in developing and managing channel partnerships and enterprise sales pipelines

Education: Bachelor’s degree required (MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred)
