Key Responsibilities:

  • Financial Oversight: Direct accounting functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and international financial reporting standards. Produce accurate financial reports and analysis to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting process for the company, providing insights into performance metrics and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Strategic Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support capital investments, pricing decisions, and contract negotiations, contributing to the company’s growth and profitability.
  • Audit Preparation: Collaborate with the CFO to prepare for annual audits, providing comprehensive financial data and ensuring compliance with audit requirements.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:

  • Leadership Acumen: Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams to achieve goals and drive results effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex financial concepts to diverse stakeholders.
  • Technical Proficiency: Proficient in accounting software, preferably VISTA by Viewpoint, and Microsoft Office Suite or similar tools.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
Ten or more years of related experience in finance or accounting.
CPA or CMA designation preferred, showcasing your commitment to excellence in the field.
