We are seeking an Electrical Engineering Manager to lead and inspire our electrical hardware and software teams. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and mentor electrical hardware and software engineering teams, driving performance, collaboration, and professional growth.
  • Oversee project deliverables to ensure quality, timeliness, and customer satisfaction for complex outdoor transport and recreation systems.
  • Serve as the subject matter expert and escalation point for electrical engineering challenges.
  • Provide quality assurance on design changes, ensuring compliance with ANSI B77.1, Z98, NEC, and other applicable industry standards.
  • Manage intercompany electrical design tools (CAD/ERP integration) to maintain consistency across global projects.
  • Direct electrical engineering for complex or specialized outdoor entertainment and mobility technology projects.
  • Support sales with technical expertise during quotation and proposal development.
  • Implement continual improvement initiatives to enhance departmental efficiency and performance.
  • Represent the electrical engineering discipline in cross-functional leadership meetings.
  • Provide hands-on troubleshooting and support during equipment startups and system commissioning.

    Your Profile

  • 7–10 years of experience in control systems engineering.
  • Expertise in PLC and relay logic design, drives, motors, and control circuitry.
  • Strong understanding of safety PLCs, standard PLCs, HMIs, and integration of hardware/software solutions.
  • Proficiency in E-Plan, AutoCAD Electrical, InterCAD, or equivalent tools.
  • Experience designing AC and DC power distribution systems (600VAC–120VAC).
  • BSEE or equivalent engineering background with proven electrical discipline expertise.
  • PE license (or ability to obtain).
  • Manufacturer training in automation hardware, software, and AC/DC drive systems.
  • Familiarity with ISO 13849-1/2 safety standards.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across domestic and international teams.
  • Willingness to travel for onsite startup and commissioning.
