As Business Manager, you’ll be the connective force between vision and execution: translating ambition into systems, strategy into growth, and adventure into sustainable success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership: Design and implement business frameworks that enable scalability, resilience, and long-term profitability.
• Operational Command: Oversee core business functions — finance, accounting, marketing, and sales — ensuring seamless integration and alignment with company objectives.
• Financial Mastery: Build and manage robust financial systems, forecasting, and reporting that empower smart decision-making and growth.
• Performance & Culture: Drive accountability and cross-departmental collaboration through transparent communication and empowered leadership.
• Risk Management: Identify vulnerabilities, anticipate challenges, and safeguard the company’s financial, operational, and legal interests.
• Brand Elevation: Strengthen the company’s position as the global leader in elite adventure and expedition experiences.
• Partnership & Diplomacy: Work directly with founding partners to translate their vision into action while maintaining trust and alignment

What You Bring:

• Proven success leading business operations, finance, or strategy in a high-growth or high-risk environment.
• Sharp analytical and organizational skills balanced with creativity and adaptability.

• Experience in adventure travel, exploration, or luxury tourism is a plus, but a spirit of discovery is essential.
• Advanced proficiency in financial tools, systems, and technology
