Mechanical/Electrical Project Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership: Take the helm in managing all administrative functions associated with our construction projects. Harness your expertise in Mechanical or Electrical construction to drive project success, ensuring client expectations are surpassed.

Innovative Solutions: Spearhead project estimate reviews and manage budgets to exceed goals. Leverage your experience with design build contracts to provide feedback on design progression, fostering cost-effective solutions with a focus on constructability.

Efficiency Optimization: From submittals to material delivery, ensure seamless project execution. Oversee the Request for Information (RFI) process, manage subcontractors, and maintain clear communication channels to keep projects on track and on schedule. Solicit pricing from vendors and/or subcontractors, assess, select, and manage their contract, scope, budget, and schedule. Strong knowledge of contract negotiations, change management, steel fabrication to erection process, and RFI and submittal process.

Your Impact:  Utilize your experience in Mechanical or Electrical construction. Must have the ability become the driving force behind project excellence. Lead meetings, manage budgets, and navigate all phases of the building construction process with precision and finesse.

Provide Visionary Leadership: Utilize cutting-edge software like Navisworks, Trimble, Bluebeam, Vista and Tekla to orchestrate seamless project coordination. Your attention to detail and time management skills will ensure nothing falls through the cracks on the path to project success.

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in a constructions/technical field is preferred, 8 years of Mechanical or Electrical construction project experience (Semiconductor, Datacenters, Hospitals, etc.).
• Knowledge of all phases of the building construction process including pre-construction through closeout.
