Learning & Development – Training Specialist

As an experienced Learning & Development – Training Specialist with over 10 years of expertise, you will play a pivotal role in delivering and executing comprehensive L&D strategies. Key Responsibilities:

In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute your extensive experience and skills to drive the organization’s learning and development efforts:

  • Chatbot Content Management: Develop and maintain content for chatbot communication while continuously monitoring and improving chatbot performance.
  • Training Administrator Leadership: Lead the LMS training administrator team, overseeing and facilitating learning activities that reflect the company’s unwavering commitment to employee growth.
  • Orientation Expertise: Conduct and deliver New Employee Orientation/Arrival Orientation, and efficiently manage training resources to ensure the seamless assimilation of new employees into the organization.
  • Training Material Development: Craft comprehensive training materials, including course content, presentations, and e-learning modules.
  • Resource Management: Identify, qualify, manage, and leverage internal and external training resources to meet the organization’s diverse training needs.
  • Strategic Planning: Create detailed working plans and schedules, strategically allocating resources to support L&D goals effectively.
  • Employee Support: Provide invaluable support and guidance to employees, managers, and trainers on all training-related matters, ensuring a holistic approach to employee development.
  • Logistics Management: Oversee training logistics, including scheduling, venue selection, and equipment setup, guaranteeing a seamless training experience.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Language Skills: Proficiency in both Mandarin and English is preferred, enabling effective communication on a global scale.
  • Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree is a minimum requirement, while a Master’s degree is highly preferred.
  • Technical Competence: Mastery of the MS Office suite, including advanced MS Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, etc.), MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and training systems.
  • LMS Proficiency: Current working knowledge of corporate training systems, methodologies, and the ability to provide data-driven support for implementations. Experience with SAP SF LMS is a significant advantage.
  • Skill Set: Proficiency in instructional design, global project coordination, data analysis, critical thinking, and an acute attention to detail.
